AusTamilNews may require you to create an account to register as a business owner or event organiser or as an individual. Only business owners with an ABN number and charity organisations are allowed to create an account with AusTamlNews for advertising purposes. As a registered user, you are responsible for the use of your account and must ensure you keep all passwords secure. As a business owner or a charity organisation, you will be responsible for any access to your account, even if it is accessed by another authorised or unauthorised person.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to close your account at any time for any or no reason.
Your account is for your commercial use only. In creating it, we ask that you provide complete and accurate information about yourself to bolster your credibility as a business owner of the site. You may not impersonate someone else (e.g., adopt the identity of a celebrity or your next-door neighbour), create or use an account for anyone other than yourself, provide an email address other than your own, or create multiple accounts. If you use a pseudonym, take care to note that others may still be able to identify you if, for example, you include identifying information in your reviews, use the same account information on other sites, or allow other sites to share information. In the event of paid service termination, you are no longer authorised to add your listing, but all restrictions imposed on you, licenses granted by you and all our disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in the Terms of Use will survive. AusTamilNews will not be liable to you for any claims of any kind arising from removal of your listing whether on account of the loss by you of present or prospective profits, anticipated orders, expenditures, investments or commitments made, goodwill created or on account of any other cause whatsoever.
Who may use this website as a business owner
You must be authorised to enter into these Terms on behalf of the account holder and must use the username and password to access information which relates to the account. You can only use the services that the account holder has authorised you to use from time to time and as notified to us.
If you authorise another person to access your account using your username, you understand that that person will be able to view, perform all activities and use all the services on your account that you are authorised to use.
We are entitled to rely on your username as conclusive evidence of your identity and authority to act on the account without further investigation. In addition, we are entitled to assume that all use of your username is by you or your authorised representative unless you tell us otherwise in accordance with these Terms. If circumstances arise such that we believe that you are not the account holder or a person authorised by the account holder to act on the account, we will not act upon your inquiry, instruction or request until we receive account holder approval or verification.
Communication through AusTamilNews
Consumers may contact businesses through the AusTamilNews website. As a business owner you will be notified that you have received correspondence from the customer via AustamilNews. AusTamilNews is not responsible for any communications, whether by email, telephone or other methods, which consumers may make to any business.
Your content
You may post information about your business in the form of text, images, photos, audio, video, location data, or all other forms of data or communication that you submit or transmit to, through, or in connection with the site which is publicly displayed, such as on your listing or for comparison (Content).
You alone are responsible for your Content, and once published, it cannot always be withdrawn. You assume all risks associated with your Content, including anyone's reliance on its quality, accuracy, or reliability, or any disclosure by you of information in uour Content that makes you personally identifiable. You represent that you own, or have the necessary permissions to use and authorize the use of your Content as described herein. You may not imply that your Content is in any way sponsored or endorsed by AusTamilNews.

Reviews
AusTamilNews allows users to post reviews of all businesses, subject to our guidelines. We police reviews to ensure that they comply. We publish positive and negative reviews. As soon as consumers submit a review, AusTamilNews will screen reviews not written according to AusTamilNews review guidelines which as clearly stated in the Review submission screen. We do not publish reviews not written according to our Review Guidelines policy
We expect that you do not post reviews impersonating a customer, or request others to post reviews impersonating customers or offer to pay for reviews.
Responding to reviews by business owners

Our Use of third parties
We may syndicate some or all of your Content to Third Party Sites and sites or applications we control. A product of yours or your content may be displayed either by us or third parties together with other content.
Applicable law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in that State or the Federal Courts within Australia, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website.
